Five-floor condominiums and a restaurant/beach club located along the historic Rockefeller trail that winds along the rocky shores of Dorado Beach. Each flat sports 4-5 bedrooms, with outdoor showers, ocean or lake views from every room and lush tropical gardens. The ground-floor flat has a wrap-around hot-tub. The penthouse duplex flat has an infinity-edge hot-tub and barbecue deck.
The Flor-de-Sal restaurant includes an outdoor dining room, and a bar with sand underfoot. Adjacent is a spa with sauna and steam room. All areas have views of the pools and ocean from the hammock groves and sundecks.
BIM Lead and Designer from schematic phase to construction drawings. Produced document sets and renderings. Conceived and designed custom doors, pergola details, fountains and water spouts, illuminated art niches, built-in furniture pieces, and sculpture gardens. Developed studies and options for different pool and flat layouts.
